Diversity Controversy w/ Renee Gordon, Loreal Arscott, Kadisha Phelps, and Joe Stone

Productivity is usually a good thing. But not when it comes to mass incarceration. In fact, the harassing, and stalking, and arresting, and incarcerating, and ruining the records of those who are guilty of victimless so-called crimes, is one of the greatest problems in America today.

Unfortunately, our system’s flaws play out through the lives of the people it does its best to destroy, American citizens, our own people, according to human injustices that can be tracked to the very racist beginnings of this country.

The constitution offers little protection when it doesn’t apply to you.

This injustice often relates directly to the decision-making power of the prosecutor’s office, the legislature and the Judge.

Today we invite three veteran attorneys, one of whom is running for circuit court judge. to help us understand the problems and the solutions.

Because where there is injustice for one, there is injustice for all.
